Job Summary:

The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience is looking for instructors to teach the following classes in the spring semester of 2026. The courses run from January 12 through May 3 and must be taught in person.

-One section of Introduction to Brain and Behavior lecture (M/W 8-9:15 a.m.)
-One section of General Psychology (M/W 8 - 9:15 am)
-One section of Introduction to Brain and Behavior Lab (Tues, 11:10-1:50)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The affiliate faculty will be responsible for course design, teaching, and grading.

Each instructor is required to hold 60 minutes of office hours per week, in person or online. The Lab instructor is required to hold 30 minutes of office hours per week. The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Regis University is a collaborative department with faculty dedicated to mentoring developing faculty.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least a Master’s degree or comparable coursework completed if enrolled in a PhD program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience is preferred.

These positions are benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Pay Rate:

$3,225 per course, $2,150 per lab section
