  • Participate in developing and managing the departmental budget.

  • Conduct regular fire drills and emergency response simulations to maintain preparedness.

  • Oversee and manage employee shuttle operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for all employees. Maintain clear communication with drivers, monitor schedules and routes, and ensure compliance with company safety policies and transportation regulations.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive or high-pressure situations.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors, upholding Four Seasons’ core value — the Golden Rule: treating others as you wish to be treated.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality security required.

  • In-depth knowledge of CAL-OSHA, OSHA, ADA, and other applicable state and federal codes.

  • Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
