The Revenue Operations Manager is a critical function focussed on optimising and streamlining the systems and processes related to revenue generation. The position is accountable for ensuring overall systems health and ensuring the distribution and connectivity of rates across all channels. 

This role works closely with revenue management, pricing and trading, brand and digital marketing, operations, finance and IT.

ABOUT THE JOB

1. Portfolio-Wide Rollout of Channel Connectivity (Chain Agreements)

  • Develop and manage rollout roadmaps for channel connectivity
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HQ, hotels) and external partners (e.g., SynXis, channel providers)
  • Execute system setup in CRS and channel extranets
  • Perform system mapping between CRS and channel platforms
  • Ensure smooth handover to hotels once channels are ready to be managed

2. Individual Hotel Rollout for New Properties or Local Channels

  • Plan and execute connectivity implementation for new hotels or region-specific channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely setup
  • Conduct system mapping and configuration
  • Handover to hotel teams for operational management

3. First-Level Support for Hotels

    • Provide support for mapping issues between CRS and channels
    • Implement requested changes to room and rate products
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for hotel teams during and after rollout

  • Experience in Online Distribution and / or Reservation Systems prefered
