The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
The Specialist Supplier Management Inventory will be responsible for supporting the team in planning materials and production, ensuring resources and materials are available according to pre-established demand. This role plays a key part in managing vendor relationships, monitoring inventory, and supporting efficient operations in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Work On
• Manage and analyze inventories to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
• Communicate inventory insights to internal stakeholders and customers
• Oversee customer inventory levels and assess the impact of promotional activities
• Support outsourced manufacturing operations through effective vendor management
• Monitor material, equipment, and service requests
• Facilitate supplier invoicing and follow-up on payment approvals
• Collaborate with Supplier Management Inventory Manager and cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes
Required Qualifications
• Associate’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, or related)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or supplier coordination

The base pay for this position is
