We give you a world of potential

Computershare’s Issuer Services (CIS) division provides administrative support to corporate clients and their shareholders. Within CIS, our Investor Engagement business brings together Georgeson, CMi2i, and ingage Investor Relations (IR) — combining expertise in proxy advisory, investor intelligence, and IR CRM technology.

This role sits within our Investor Relations team, which helps corporate issuers access critical investor data and insights via the ingage CRM platform. You’ll be part of the client management function, driving new subscriptions — from first-time deployments to competitive switches — and building long-term client relationships that maximize platform value.

A role you will love

We’re looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager who’s passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering smart solutions within financial services. This role will support issuers getting the most out of our ingage IR platform — a powerful subscription-based CRM suite designed specifically for Investor Relations professionals.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys helping users unlock value from technology. You’ll manage new and existing accounts, support day-to-day platform usage, and showcase the benefits of our feature-rich tools. Your goal? Happy clients who renew, grow, and advocate for the platform.

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of service delivery in the Investor Relations (IR) market. You’ll have a good understanding of the challenges and demands of the IR function, and the credibility to engage with senior IR professionals and decision-makers.  Experience managing IR software platforms  will set you apart from the competition, along with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and insight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build trusted relationships across IR teams and C-suite; deliver demos, onboard users, and drive adoption of the ingage platform.
  • Product Expertise & Support Become a platform expert to lead training, pitch new features, and provide proactive and reactive client support.
  • Technical Implementation Collaborate with client IT teams on setup, data migration, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and 27701 standards.
  • Commercial Growth Cross-sell Investor Engagement solutions, support new business efforts, and identify opportunities to expand client usage and value.
  • Market Awareness & Collaboration Stay current on tech and industry trends; represent the business at IR events and share insights across internal teams.
  • Flexibility & Responsiveness Travel as needed and respond to time-sensitive client needs, including occasional out-of-hours support.

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships and a positive, solution-driven mindset. You’ll be tech-savvy, highly organised, and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional quality standards. A natural team player, you’ll bring flexibility, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn, while actively sharing knowledge and best practices to support collective success.
