About the Role

The Customer Growth Partner supports the growth and retention of our Professional Customer base by delivering exceptional service, promoting ancillary products, and assisting with sales initiatives. This role serves as a key administrative and customer-facing resource within the Customer Growth Division, contributing directly to client satisfaction and renewal success.

What You�ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client service needs via phone and email; route inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM, including notes, orders, and prospect information.
  • Process payments over the phone and assist with client renewals.
  • Track and analyze client retention data to support renewal efforts.
  • Support departmental sales goals for TaxSlayer Pro (or future product software) renewals.
  • Assist in planning and executing IRS shows, territorial seminars, and the Virtual Annual User Seminar.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of TaxSlayer software and competitor offerings to support the Growth Team.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client and departmental needs.
  • Provide professional verbal and written communication using proper grammar and terminology.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Achievement of client renewal and retention targets.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data and reporting.
  • Timely and professional client interactions.
  • Contribution to successful execution of events and seminars.
  • Support of team goals and collaboration within the division.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Sandler Sales Techniques or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to learn and communicate relevant tax software information.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role based in our Augusta, GA office.
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal physical demands.
  • Must be able to work at a computer and communicate via phone for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor�s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a sales office environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
