Our team consists of goal-oriented people who are passionate about sales and on a mission to be the best. Come kick start or grow your career with us!
As an Insurance Advisor, the most important thing is being well networked. Our agents have diverse networks with Car Dealers, Mortgage Brokers and beyond. Some of our most successful agents were car sales people, night club promoters, DJ's, bartenders and the more people you know the better you will be at this job. Luckily when you work with our GEICO Agency you also get the benefit of many customers coming to us.
We are a local business and independently owned agency. We represent the GEICO brand but agents will work directly with owner of agency. This is not a corporate position.
An agent's earnings are a direct reflection of individual experience and performance. Due to our nonstop, high volume environment, this opportunity rewards those who are self-driven and hungry for success. Our ideal candidate is bilingual, has auto dealership experience, understands how to capitalize on social media influence, and is a well-connected member of their local community (I.e. Chamber of Commerce, local charities, regional clubs & organizations, and beyond)

Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, Property & Casualty Insurance
- Willingness to protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Punctual with the ability to work a quote to its completion
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment
- A well-connected member of your local community
- Previous sales/network experience (auto sales, retail/outside sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
- Social media savvy, with high visibility on multiple platforms, preferred but not required.
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
