Job Description:

The Retirement Plan Client Service Administrator supports the operations of a client team specializing in employer sponsored retirement plans by providing overall assistance to team members on various tasks and projects. Enhancing processes, identifying efficiencies, and taking initiative within the team.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support Advisors in coordinating presentations, videos and managing an online education platform for 401(k) plan participants  
  • Track and report participant engagement and feedback from education sessions, including surveys, attendance, and impact
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming education events and deadlines
  • Prepare presentation materials, flyers, other content, and coordinate education events for 401(k) plan participants
  • Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings
  • Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvement
  • Assist in coordinating vendor and client paperwork and managing team projects
  • Support daily office operations including scheduling meetings, managing mail, client file organization, and maintaining supply orders
  • Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed
  • Coordinate client and team events
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Additional Information:

This is a full-time, salary, non-exempt position reporting to the Senior Advisor.
