Job Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager is a performance-oriented position needed to spearhead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, the Growth Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies that are aligned with company objectives.


This is a hybrid position located in Austin, Texas


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategic Demand Generation: Develop and execute innovative demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates across various marketing channels. Strategies include, but will not be limited to, integrated campaign planning, identifying and fostering third-party lead partners, and digital demand generation (website, PPC, ABM email marketing, etc.)
  • Program Leadership & Execution: Build and lead a high-caliber library of demand programs, selecting and leveraging agencies and contractors as needed. Hold all external resources to high standards and leverage data to foster a collaborative environment of creative problem solving, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and other relevant channels to drive demand and engagement.
  • Lead Development and Nurturing: Plan, launch and improve lead development strategies, including lead process mapping, nurturing programs, and automated workflows to optimize the marketing and sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with stakeholders in sales to align on program execution plans and performance.
  • Consistently ask for feedback and implement when relevant. Overcommunicate intentions and consistently report on results.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Partner with key stakeholders to improve all lead funnel operations, including intake, handoff, qualification, and processing. Ensure each stage can be measured effectively and leverage internal systems to capture data and report program results.
  • Marketing Program Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across programs, optimizing investments across various growth initiatives while ensuring a high return on investment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated success in demand generation with a track record of driving measurable business growth.
  • Hands-on experience with key marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Google Ads and Google Analytics. 
  • Ability to lead the planning and execution process to develop and drive integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience executing digital marketing programs.
  • Experience in B2B software or technology with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS deployment models. Legaltech experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to blend strategic thinking with creative execution.
  • Solid project management abilities, with experience leading and collaborating with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
