LightEdge is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Salesforce Administrator with strong CPQ expertise to support, configure, and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, user support, data integrity, and the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ.

This position is key to ensuring that our sales and marketing teams have the tools and data they need to serve customers effectively and close deals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks including user management, permissions maintenance, data quality management, and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including assisting with product catalog setup, bundle configuration, price rules, product rules, quote templates, and approval rules.
Support Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related integrated tools such as DocuSign, CaptivateIQ, and Magentrix.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow across the quote-to-cash process.
Work closely with end users to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
Manage and prioritize tickets for bug fixes, enhancements, and CI/CD deployments in coordination with the development team.
Assist with reports, dashboards, validation rules, and Flows to improve process visibility and efficiency.
Maintain system documentation, process definitions, and change control logs.
Support testing and deployment activities for platform releases and integrations.
Serve as a trusted partner and point of contact for Salesforce users, promoting a service-oriented, responsive support experience.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and CPQ best practices to recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
Experience:
3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including at least 1–2 years working with Salesforce CPQ.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, user permissions, fFlows, and declarative automation tools.
Demonstrated experience supporting sales or quote-to-cash processes in a B2B environment.
Hands-on familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ modules.
Experience working with or integrating tools such as DocuSign, CaptivateIQ, and Magentrix preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships with business users.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
Familiarity with version control or CI/CD practices (e.g., change sets, sandbox management) a plus.
