Reports to: Creative Director, Marketing
Purpose
The Manager, Creative possesses strong design skills with a passion for brand storytelling. Reporting to the Creative Director, this position partners with the Senior Manager, Creative and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets across marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, web, and social media while ensuring that our visual identity remains consistent and impactful.
This is a hands-on role for a demonstrated designer who thrives on execution but also brings ideas to the table. This position works closely with the Creative Director to translate business strategy into compelling visuals and support the ongoing application and evolution of our brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with the Creative Director on key initiatives and daily operations.
- Designs and delivers creative assets across digital, print, presentations, events, and social channels.
- Applies and upholds brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring consistency of look and feel.
- Develops and refines design templates (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, social graphics) to support efficient execution.
- Translates marketing strategy, messaging, and campaign briefs into strong visual concepts.
- Supports production of video, animation, and photography projects.
- Partners across disciplines with marketing, business development, and other teams to understand needs and deliver creative solutions, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Manages timelines, feedback cycles, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Minium of five (5) years of design experience strongly preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, brand application, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.
- Ability to design within the Microsoft suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for business audiences.
- Strong attention to detail in composition, typography, and color.
- Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Ability to travel for industry events as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic video editing, motion design, storyboarding is a plus.
- B2B or healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
This position works in a professional home or office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This role requires occasional travel (<10%), such as to photo/video shoots and industry events.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
