- Serve as the subject matter expert on customer manufacturing specifications to create machine programming
- Set up, troubleshoot, and operate machinery such as Haas 3-axis Mills according to strict Tolerances
- Examine and measure completed units, identifying defects and ensuring adherence to specifications; adjust machine controls to resolve production errors
- Exercise strong problem-solving ability for the inspection and repair of machinery
- Partner with Machine Operators on various assignments to ensure customer needs are met
- Utilize machinery to move product across the warehouse. Forklifts and other drivable equipment
- Inspect product utilizing precision measurement tools
- Assist with inventory management: supply level monitoring, pull and pack, product delivery
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working area. Includes machinery and tool maintenance
- Must understand and work to all UPM procedures, work instructions, processes and forms
- Other duties as assigned
