Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Manager, Corporate FP&A to lead and improve the company’s cash flow forecasting and 3 statement modeling capabilities, working capital optimization, and cash management reporting. This role will be instrumental in driving visibility and accuracy of cash flow projections, ensuring the business has a clear view of its liquidity position, driving accountability on cash generating strategies, and preparing executive-level materials for the Cash Committee, Management, and Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in free cash flow forecasting (direct and indirect models), working capital optimization, and financial modeling. Additionally, this role will own and improve balance sheet and statement of cashflow forecasting, lead cross functional meetings to drive change and ensure progress on achieving cash opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver robust financial insights.

The candidate must have strong financial modeling skills, the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, and experience preparing and presenting executive-level cash flow and working capital reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be:

  • Own, improve and update 3-statement model with the focus on Balance Sheet and Statement of Cashflow forecast accuracy to support forecast, budget and multi-year strategic business planning
  • Lead and improve cash flow forecasting processes (both direct and indirect methods) with a clear focus on accuracy, transparency, and operational insights.
  • Lead cash committee meetings that drive collaboration, alignment, and accountability among teams who have an impact on cash flow.
  • Deliver clear cash flow scenario analyses, stress tests, and liquidity assessments to assess the impact of business decisions on cash and working capital.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, ensure alignment of financial forecast with business strategies understand key cash flow drivers and develop financial models aligned with business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities and provide guidance for working capital optimization and work cross-functionally to achieve results
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory team and Operational Finance to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are met related to cash management and alignment achieved for forecast assumptions and strategies supporting financial forecasts.
  • Drive process improvements by standardizing and streamlining financial reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Partner with Director of FP&A to maintain and continuously improve 3-statement financial models  ensuring cash flow forecasts tie to the income statement and balance sheet.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team of analysts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related roles with cash flow forecasting experience.
  • Strong understanding of 3 financial statements with proven ability to forecast and understand their interrelationship.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using financial systems (Oracle preferred) and tools for planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Advanced excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner with business leaders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as business partnership skills to influence operational and financial stakeholders.
