What you’ll do:

• May include some or all of the following functions: recommending strategic network planning and network evolution policy decisions, both within and outside of the franchise, in support of corporate initiatives, customer demand, technology changes, and economic and service reliability criteria.

• Evaluates network capacity and performance criteria, and develops and implements strategies to accommodate network growth and change.

• Creates deliverables such as Plans of Record, forecasts, serving plans, use permits, cost estimates, handoffs, workprints, and utility agreements.

What you’ll need:

• 1-2 OSP Design Expertise: Proficient in aerial, buried, and underground plant design.
• Technical Tools: Skilled in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and GIS mapping.
• Permitting and Compliance: Knowledgeable about DOT and municipal permitting, as well as AT&T EH&S standards.
• Project Management: Experienced in managing work orders, timelines, and material standards.
• Coordination: Collaborates effectively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with environmental, safety, and utility regulations.
• Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Math, Science, or Engineering.
