Introduction
We are looking for high-caliber undergraduate or graduate students in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Banking or other related fields who are interested in working in the Loan Capital Markets & Syndication team..
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-cultural team, comprised of professionals with varied backgrounds who are dedicated to the daily activities associated with the origination, evaluation, underwriting and distribution of Infrastructure, corporate, and leverage finance in the EMEA loan market.
Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are what we are looking for in our new colleagues.
Activities
- To support the Loan Capital Markets & Syndication functions with day-to-day activities including systems, marketing and administrative duties.
- Produce client related marketing materials and support to the marketing effort;
- Monitor marketing trends in the different loan asset classes and maintain proprietary market information databases;
- Manage and maintain the teams performance activity sheets - primary and secondary market activities;
- Support other team members in providing and presenting material;
- Familiarise with the various systems we use - internal systems/ processes, and external platforms like Bloomberg, DebtDomain, Dealogic, LoanRadar etc;
- Build a knowledge of the product and the loan syndication market through the shadowing of more senior team members and their activities;
What you will learn
- You will support the team in analysing the financial market and the desks activities, preparing reports on client production and market activity as well as helping out in the daily tasks of the desk.
- You will have exposure to day to day EMEA Loan primary and secondary market activity

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration/ an MBA or Master Degree Program in Banking and / or Finance;
- Strong interest in financial markets and capital markets products.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Selection
The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
