Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Saginaw, MI

What You’ll Do

Provide hospice nursing care to patients in homes and facilities.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

Educate families and caregivers on symptom management and care techniques.

Maintain timely documentation and clear communication.

Qualifications
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy and core values.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety and emergency management.
- Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
Regulatory Requirements
- Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices
- Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
- Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Valid state drivers license. Proof of current automobile insurance.
- Current CPR card;
- TB testing per agency policy;
