What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

• Road-test every job — because “almost right” isn’t good enough.

• Keep detailed records that reflect your expertise.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and top-tier tools.

• Stay ahead with ongoing training and certifications.

What You Bring

• Manufacturer certifications + at least 1 ASE (Master Tech? Even better).

• Proven skills in engine, brake, suspension, and A/C systems.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced shop.

• Strong customer pay proficiency — 100%+ is your baseline.

• A mindset of urgency, discipline, and pride.
