We are hiring a Manufacturing Manager for our Florence, KY frozen pizza plant to lead a team of supervisors and front-line attendants who are responsible for the leadership of 4 large frozen pizza production lines that create our fantastic Freschetta brand products. In this role you will directly guide several Production Supervisors, along with over 100 indirect line staff at any given time.

Responsibilities:

• Staff Management & Development: Leads and develops internal personnel through training, skill development, performance oversight, and enforcement of the Performance Control System to ensure effective operations.

• Production & Quality Assurance: Ensures consistent production of high-quality pizza products by monitoring processes, inspecting ingredients and outputs, and maintaining compliance with product specifications.

• Continuous Improvement & Cost Control: Identifies and implements strategies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Reviews and analyzes reports across production, personnel, and quality to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.

• Compliance, Safety & Housekeeping: Maintains a safe, clean, and compliant production environment by enforcing policies, overseeing sanitation practices, and ensuring timely facility startup and operations.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of related experience within manufacturing, ideally with some level of food experience. 4+ years of leadership. 
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
• Intermediate personal computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP experience beneficial.
• Ability to effectively supervise employees as well as provide leadership and direction.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $90,750 to $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
