Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician II (Ceramics) opportunity at NDX Dynamic Dental Solutions in Jacksonville, FL.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Read all prescriptions (Rx), specifications and preferences received from doctor.
- Able to follow and perform processes step by step outlined in the Technical Team Policies (TTP’s) for contouring
- Seek management’s assistance when unclear on doctor’s Rx or specifications.
- Blend all primary contours to achieve final shape and size of restoration to fit into the existing dentition
- Perform basic porcelain repairs according to Technical Team Policies (TTP’s)
- Keep all work areas clean on a daily basis
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Display manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve using past experience and success to gauge the best steps on future cases.
- Excellent perception skills and attention to detail
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have 12 months of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician and is skilled in one or more of the tasks associated with a Fixed Department Dental Laboratory Technician.

- High speed hand piece
- Low speed hand piece
- Assorted diamond burs/discs
- Assorted carbide burs
- Kilns
- Aluminum Oxide
- Micro Blaster
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Standing and bending
- Perform repetitive movements using upper extremities
- Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color.
- Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
