PPS credential is a counseling credential issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).

DSUSD requires that you have the PPS credential already issued in order to apply for the Substitute Counselor position.

Medical exam will be required for a person employed for the first time in a California Classroom as a substitute counselor. A medical form will be provided once application is processed. Once your application has been screened. You will be notified via email to come in to pick up an employment packet. Fingerprint Clearance form will be provided in the packet.
