Are you passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the field? The Walker School is seeking dynamic, dedicated Junior Varsity Head and Middle School Head Baseball Coaches to join our athletic program and help shape the next generation of Wolverines.

Your Role

As a JV Head or Middle School Head Baseball Coach, you�ll inspire student-athletes to compete with integrity, train with purpose, and play with heart. You will:

• Lead engaging and structured practices that build skills, confidence, and teamwork.

• Teach baseball fundamentals, strategy, and game awareness while emphasizing sportsmanship and respect.

• Collaborate closely with the Varsity Head Coach to align player development and competitive readiness.

• Serve as a role model, fostering accountability, resilience, and balance between academics and athletics.

• Communicate effectively with players, families, and the Athletic Department to ensure a positive team experience.

What We�re Looking For

We�re seeking coaches who:

• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a true love for baseball.

• Have prior coaching experience (school or travel ball preferred).

• Value mentoring student-athletes and helping them grow as people.

• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with colleagues and families.

• Hold (or are willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification.
