Executive Administrative Assistant en Kubicki Draper

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with three or more years of legal experience; insurance defense preferred.

Your Day-to-Day:

Qualified candidate must have strong administrative skills, and be familiar with conflicts check, filing, electronic document management and utilizing general office equipment. Additional experience working with senior level partners, and managing other team members a plus.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Three or more years of legal admin/office experience.
• Ability to draft basic documents including standardized letters helpful.
• Ability to follow-up on items and be detailed oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Computer skills a must.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Civil Litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience.
