Key Responsibilities:

The Event Assistant is responsible for managing delegate registration processes and liaising with suppliers to support the smooth delivery of multiple events throughout the year:

•    Support the successful delivery of events within a dynamic and busy event calendar.
•    Responsibility for keeping budgets up to date, ensuring accurate planning and cost control.
•    Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to secure all necessary event services and support.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events both internally and externally.
•    Oversee onsite delegate management to ensure a smooth and positive attendee experience.

What you’ll need to have: 
 
•    Creative thinker with an eye for detail.  
•    MS Office with a particular focus on Excel. 
•    Frequent travel around the UK will be required.

It would be great if you also have: 

•    Event agency experience. 
•    Knowledge or passion for beauty, retail, health or wellness industries. 
•    Experience in virtual and hybrid events. 
•    Experience in exhibition events.
