Position Summary
The Assistant Dive Team Coach leads one or multiple groups of Dive Team practices and group or private diving lessons. They develop positive relationships with divers and members, and promotes programs in order to generate more participation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates an educational, safe and inviting experience for all participants
- Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with participants
- Leads and coaches young divers at daily practices
- Provides a safe, clean, and organized pool area
- Responds to member questions and promotes Life Time's programs
Position Requirements
- Comfortable in diving well and basic dive knowledge
- Red Cross Lifeguard & First Aid Certified
- Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire
- Must complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education.
Preferred Requirements
- Dive team experience or coaching experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
