Sales Administration Associate en TAMKO Building Products LLC

TAMKO is seeking a Sales Administration Associate at our Corporate office in Galena, Kansas.  The Sales Administration Associate will provide necessary support by completing transactions and administrative activities for the Sales and Marketing departments.

• Prepares, issues, and sends out reports, statements, and other written documentation.
• Assists with applying rebates and other sales transactions.
• Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
• Copies data and compiles records and reports.
• Tabulates and posts data in electronic format.
• Records orders for merchandise and service.
• Provides information to employees and sales personnel.
• Operates office machines such as computer, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some college; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
