What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for dealership locations within a 35–75 mile radius using a company-issued vehicle.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
  
• Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets promptly and professionally.
  
• Deploy and maintain IT assets, workstations, and infrastructure hardware.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices, firewalls, antivirus, and other security systems.
  
• Perform system upgrades and software installations.
  
• Collaborate with end users, other IT Specialists, and regional IT leadership.
  
• Occasionally travel out of town for special projects (a few times per year).

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT-related field.
  
• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
  
• Broad knowledge across multiple IT domains (hardware, networking, security, software, etc.).
  
• Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling within assigned region.
