Responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers
Being dependable for all scheduled shifts
Receiving merchandise as directed by the Hardware Manager
Processing member transactions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
Providing quotes and ordering of special products
Operating and maintaining all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Safety program, including all the required PPE
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Organizational skills and great time management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Product knowledge is required to assist customers with any request
Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service
Sense of urgency
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
