Hardware Asset Management Analyst en Electronic Arts

***12 Month TFT, Hybrid RoleThe Challenge AheadYou will report to the HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Product Manager (as part of the EAIT Business Management team) and will be responsible for assisting in maintaining data in our system of record, creating and articulating bespoke reporting for the ongoing overhaul of our HAM system, and assisting with day-to-day business operations. As part of this work, you’ll interface with other IT functions across the company, and you’ll identify impactful opportunities and work with delivery teams to make solutions come to life!ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and speak authoritatively on custom analysis and reports for EA’s hardware and asset estate, identifying policy and people gapsWork with the Product team to execute day-to-day asset management activitiesWork directly and indirectly with other teams within ITAssist with the build out of the new Hardware Asset Management system, collecting data and feedback from customers in conjunction with our Customer Success ManagerQualifications 1-3 years experience in data analytics and/or IT asset managementProficiency in Excel / Google SheetsSQL nice to haveExperience of products & processes in the Hardware and Asset Management areaDemonstrated ability execute on critical business processes and identify and escalate risks in a complex, ambiguous, and fast paced environment through: Proactive, organized and detailed planning, including  Comprehensive end to end thinkingAnticipation of potential issues with ability to drive creative solutionsStrong analytical, decision making, and prioritization skillsDriving change and adapting to changeExcellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills to convey ideas and manage conflict including: Facilitation of small meetingsCreation of written deliverables (reports / analysis,, documentation, emails, etc.) targeted for internal IT customers and teamCommunication of current and future work Solicitar ahora
