PRESIDENT
Location: HYBRID/MUST LIVE IN DFW Metroplex
The President serves as the senior operating executive of Pourri, responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision and brand objectives set by CEO executable business plans, measurable financial performance, and operational excellence. This position owns the company’s P&L, drives cross-functional accountability, and ensures that all department’s Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and People perform at peak efficiency in alignment with strategic goals and brand values. The President is a disciplined operator and integrator, capable of leading both day-to-day execution and long-range performance improvement, while fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and high performance.

~THE KEY RESPONBILITIES:
Operational Leadership
- Translate the company’s long-term vision and annual strategic plan into operational objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Lead and manage all functional areas including: Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Human Resources.
• Establish robust systems, processes, and internal controls that ensure operational discipline, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
• Partner with department heads to implement scalable infrastructure and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all lender covenants, board directives, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Financial Management & P&L Accountability
- Own full profit and loss responsibility for the company.
• Prepare and execute the annual operating plan and budget aligned with the CEO’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, cost management, margin optimization, and working capital performance.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and KPI dashboards for the CEO and the Board.
• Identify performance variances early, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in EBITDA, liquidity, and ROI.
Strategic Execution
- Serve as the executional counterpart to the CEO, converting vision into tactical action plans.
• Operationalize brand initiatives, product launches, channel strategies, and market expansion plans in alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to measure performance against strategic milestones.
• Ensure that marketing, product, and sales initiatives are implemented profitably and with data-backed decision-making.
Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team that embodies the company’s culture, purpose, and values.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Mentor senior leaders to achieve their professional development and performance goals.
• Promote a culture of excellence and ownership at every level of the organization.
Reporting & Governance
- Report directly to the CEO on all operational, financial, and organizational matters.
• Deliver a weekly flash dashboard, monthly KPI report, and quarterly strategic review summarizing key results, variances, and forward actions.
• Participate in quarterly Board meetings and provide performance updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Serve as an executive liaison between the management team, lenders, and the Board.⸻
Partnership with the CEO/Founder
- Collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder to execute the brand’s strategic vision, maintaining open communication and alignment on goals and results.
• Convert strategic objectives and cultural initiatives defined by the CEO into measurable outcomes and sustained performance.
• Provide operational counsel to the CEO on business opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
~THE QUALIFICATIONS:
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in CPG, retail, or omnichannel brands, with at least 5 years in a President, COO, or GM role. Personal Care and Air Care are preferred.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership ($100M+ revenue) with EBITDA growth and operational scalability.
• Strong experience with supply chain management, forecasting, inventory optimization, and cash flow control.
• Ability to collaborate with creative founders and boards while maintaining disciplined operational governance.
• Exceptional communication, financial acumen, and executive leadership presence.
• Deep understanding of consumer marketing, retail dynamics, and digital commerce preferred.
Performance Metrics
• Achievement of annual revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
• KPI performance within Board-approved tolerances.
• Margin improvement and cost optimization.
• Operational efficiency metrics (inventory turns, order fill rate, on-time delivery).
