As our DAS Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll lead the teams responsible for validating, maintaining, and optimizing the applications and systems that power our Document Accessibility Services (DAS) operations. Your leadership will ensure application quality, production stability, and seamless client delivery across our high-security environments. 

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor the QA Analyst and Production Support Analyst teams to ensure all applications and transforms are tested, validated, and stable prior to production release.
  • Oversee the installation, release readiness, and post-deployment validation of DAS applications.
  • Ensure operational stability through proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
  • Partner with Operations, Development, and ACE Services to drive collaboration and maintain alignment with quality and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI).
  • Manage QA documentation, version control, and validation sign-off processes for production readiness.
  • Review metrics and system performance data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain best practices that ensure application integrity, process consistency, and SLA compliance. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of CrawfordTech experience in QA, production support, or technical operations; 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of application testing, release management, and production monitoring.
  • Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving defects in a live production environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of alternate format production (Braille, Large Print, Accessible PDF/HTML, Audio, eText) and CrawfordTech applications is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
