Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
Implement and oversee Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.
Manage day-to-day operational functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Ensure adherence to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, home care benefits, and state-specific policies.
Promote a positive, patient-centered work environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable state policies preferred.
Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Genuine passion for patient care and team development.
