WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute the company’s sales strategy in alignment with our mission, values, and growth goals.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate 10+ Sales Managers and representatives to achieve performance excellence and accountability.
- Revenue & Market Growth: Drive measurable increases in market share, deal participation, and profitability for new and used equipment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Inventory, Rentals, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and OEM partners.
- Performance Management: Oversee CRM utilization, territory planning, and sales forecasting to ensure accurate reporting and proactive decision-making.
- Brand Representation: Represent Five Star Equipment at vendor meetings, trade shows, and industry events across our territory.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and address underperforming areas through data-driven coaching, innovative programs, and team development.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of proven success leading multi-location or regional sales teams.
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment, construction, and forestry industry trends.
- Strong business acumen in finance, operations, and inventory management.
- Skilled in CRM and business analytics platforms.
- High integrity, exceptional communication skills, and a “lead by example” mindset.
- Ability to travel regionally and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
