• Assist in the configuration, testing and deployment of business applications.
• Support application lifecycle activities including documentation, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Participate in requirements gathering and process analysis with business stakeholders.
• Help maintain application data integrity and perform routine audits.
• Contribute to reporting and dashboard development using internal tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Preferred Skills(at least 2): Power BI, Service-Now, Sharepoint, PowerApps, Basic Project Management. C# /Angular JS.
