Candidates must have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Broad knowledge of market segments and Pratt capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in Graphics, color separations, art development preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to pay attention to details
  • The ability to work and react well under pressure
  • The ability to multi-task and remain focused
  • The ability to manage and keep confidential information secure
  • The ability to work effectively with high performance, fast moving teams.
  • Previous corrugated industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting
  • Price Template maintenance
  • Price request management and internal/external communication
  • Price Update management and internal/external communication
  • Art Proofs (Onsite verification)
  • Data mining, admin support for Sales and AG leadership team.
  • Reports to AG Warehouse GM.
  • Seeks, probes, converts and transfers customer requirements, issues and sentiment to internal corporate and plant teams utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Communicates timely and accurate information with our Sales and Plant Leadership teams.
  • Routinely submits written and electronic correspondence to customers, as appropriate, to document issues.
  • Is responsible for insuring that customer databases and information systems remain current with all appropriate customer data.
  • Routinely uses established procedures and IS/IT tools for internal and external communication and documentation.
  • Maintains close communication with multiple internal and customer plant and corporate teams to facilitate proper handling of all customer order information and scheduling/delivery issues.
  • Fulfills all tasks and responsibilities in a manner that supports a High Involvement Natural Team environment.
  • Stays abreast of current market, product, process and company issues for the market segments of assigned customers.
  • Active participation in data gathering/analysis to support fact-based decisions.
  • Work from home position, moderate travel may be required on as-needed basis
