Broadridge is hiring! As an Operations Associate, you’ll drive efficiency and accuracy across key business processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll manage mutual fund and ETF transfers, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies while partnering with clients and fund families to ensure timely, high-quality results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make an immediate impact on team performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met.

  • Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI.

  • Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully process outgoing transfers in kind for mutual funds and ETFs

  • Handle rejected transfers with mutual funds and ETFs and monitor pending transfers

  • Reconcile and research discrepancies between mutual fund and our records

  • Work with customers and fund families to resolve any transfers that were processed incorrectly

  • Maintain account updates at mutual funds on behalf of our clients

  • Provide communication between the fund families and our customers when additional research and action is needed

  • Work accurately within tight daily deadlines

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
