Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled HVAC Specialists for projects located in and around Durham, NC. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $28-32/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
- Installation and repair of various air quality systems
- Locating & diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment
- Conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components; heating units, exhaust fans, ventilation units, minisplits, etc.
- Diagnose problems and provide technical guidance and assistance to assigned employees for safe, cost-effective, efficient, & timely maintenance of HVAC systems, equipment, supplies, & materials
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Commercial HVAC Experience
- Understanding of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with Electrical Components & Refrigerant Experience
- HVAC State License
- Proper PPE
- Hand Tools
- Valid DL
- Strong HVAC commissioning
