This job contributes to Starbucks’ success by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of major, Brand Organization wide initiatives impacting cross functional teams. Supports Brand Leadership Team to set vision, drive alignment and execute work across the organization. Leads program deployment including rhythm of the business activities, team leadership, business readiness, change management, training, and communications. Develops and manages budgets, work plans, staffing plans (if applicable), and recognition and retention initiatives in support of program goals.

·       Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, manage execution, and measure results

·       Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to aligned strategic initiatives, rhythms of business and organizational processes.
