Job Description:

Program Management Supervisor is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by driving planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. The Manager will oversee program governance, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration across teams to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units
  • Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating project team members to meet project goals, adhering to the responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Develop and lead projects for adopting new/updated processes or systems, including stakeholder identification, change assessment, communication model, end-user training, readiness and adoption.
  • Assist in the development of aids/tools, workflows, process documentation, communications, presentations and methods to drive project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor program performance and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate regular status updates and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive accountability across workstreams to meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, reporting requirements, and compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through post-program reviews and lessons learned.
  • Work collaboratively with Line Manager and peers to adhere to and develop standard best-in-class project management assets and deliverables.
     

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent

• 3+ years project management experience
 

Preferences

• Proficiency in MS Office

• PMP certification

• Travel as needed
