The Role
We are seeking an ambitious leader who is client - focused and enjoys working collaboratively with teams to deliver outstanding Retirement client experiences. As America’s Retirement Leader, Fidelity has a full suite of offerings for these investors, and we have opportunities to enhance end-to-end experience to drive continued growth and adoption. This role requires a high level of leadership and partnership across Fidelity. and a strong history of delivering digital experiences that engage and enrich customers lives. The Consultant will be:
- Collecting and analyzing information across a diverse set of individuals and teams and articulating the full story across multiple streams of work.
- Defining experimentation agendas and assessing work against critical metrics, revenue targets, and scorecards.
- Enabling work across broad group of partners to ensure retirement experiences delivered fit together, as a customer experiences them, graduating from one experience to the next in a way that is valuable for the customer.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with 8+ of professional experience
- Solid business knowledge and general knowledge of the financial services industry plus familiarity with Retirement products/services strongly preferred.
- Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority
- Focused on results and able to own several initiatives at once, working independently to complete tasks in high-quality, timely manner.
- Persistent in the face of opposition and maintains a positive, can do demeanor.
- Demonstrated dedication to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client-centric, dynamic environment – true passion for test and learn!
- Willingness to think beyond traditional financial services to drive best-in-class experiences.
- Using varied data sources to understand end customer needs, including analysis of diverse digital and live experiences.
- Keeping a pulse on emerging financial services, financial planning tools, technology, user experience and social trends.
- Synthesizing complex data from multiple, disparate sources and present analysis, relevant insights and themes in a simple/clear way.
- Driving competitive advantage through superior customer experience and targeted customer communications.
- Participating in and leading readiness and roll out activities for clients and Fidelity associates.
- Participating in defining requirements and expectations to help inform technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Demonstrating an ability to quickly learn retirement regulations and translate them into client-friendly experiences that meet compliance standards.
