We Are Looking For

The HR & Office Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of front office administration and entry-level human resources support. This person serves as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and candidates, while also assisting the HR team with onboarding, employee records, and compliance tracking.

 

What You’ll Do 

As an HR & Office Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:  


 HR Support 

 

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Coordinate employee event management and training coordination
  • Support compliance and documentation needs (training tracking, policy acknowledgments)
  • Support onboarding of new hires (welcome kits, orientation setup, badge & forms)
  • Prepare basic HR reports and assist with team culture initiatives

 

Office Management

 

  • Greet and check in guests, vendors, and candidates professionally
  • Manage front desk phone and general office inbox
  • Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and coordinate office maintenance
  • Ensure common areas are tidy and well-stocked
  • Coordinate catering and logistics for in-office meetings, events and holiday parties
  • Serve as onsite point-of-contact for facilities, security, or IT vendors


What You Bring

  • 1–3 years experience in office administration, front desk, or HR support
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional, welcoming demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign
  • Interest in growing a career in HR or People Operations
  • Experience with HRIS tools or applicant tracking systems a plus

 

Special Requirements: 

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR Requirement 
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
