Position Overview:

The Clinic Sales Admin will play a key role in supporting our Clinic Sales Team by managing communication, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and external clinic partners. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer engagement within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Medivant’s clinic sales team and partnered clinics.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and managing client proposals, quotes, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with clinics.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, clinic feedback, and order status.
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications related to clinic inquiries and requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinic Sales Manager and team for day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or client service—preferably in pharma, healthcare, or clinic operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.(Preferred)
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and clinic operations.
  • Experience supporting remote or multi-location teams.
