We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to develop, implement, and oversee initiatives that foster positive employee-management relationships. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide day-to-day employee relations services across the organization, ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and connected. You’ll also help maintain seamless HR processes, providing guidance on policies, all while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and relevant regulations. What you can expect: 

 

You’ll be the go-to person for employee relations across the company supporting all employees - including those in our call center, management, and executive leadership. You’ll work closely with employees and managers to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. While this role doesn’t include direct reports, it plays a key leadership role in shaping how we support our people.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Provide employee relations support that reflects a people-first mindset and promotes a positive workplace experience. 
  • Provide HR guidance to employees and managers on policies, performance, and workplace concerns.
  • Oversee and manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Parental Leave, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Administer benefit programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and workers’ comp.
  • Research employee relations trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to policies, processes, and programs based on insights and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and benefits.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and compliance.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR) is a bonus.
