The purpose of this new role would be to oversee the execution of the global compliance, working with the P2 Sr. Mngr, a P2 specialized tax digital platform and external advisers to manage and calculate the compliance for PepsiCo's entire international network. Additionally, this new role would support the P2 Sr. Mngr in the exeuction of the P2 provision, the data gathering effort and the management of the external tax calculation platform.
Responsibilities:- Pillar Two Compliance: Manage/execute the end-to-end compliance process under the OECD's Pillar Two framework and ensure consistency with local law (i.e., QDMTTs), including jurisdictional top-up tax assessments and global filings.
- Tax Provision Support: Collaborate with the the senior manager and tax accounting team to provide inputs, reconciliations, and data needed for tax provision calculations, particularly where Pillar Two implications impact deferred taxes.
- Data Management & Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyze financial data across jurisdictions to support GloBE Information Return (GIR) filings.
- Policy Interpretation: Work with outside advisers to monitor legislative developments and interpret local implementations of Pillar Two regulations across relevant countries.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Tax and Control to align compliance strategies and reporting processes.
- Technology Integration: Support implementation of compliance tools and automation platforms to streamline reporting and data diagnostics.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Strong verbal and communication skills, including strong interpersonal capabilities as this role requires exhaustive interaction with the global Control team and international tax planners.
- Analytical skills to be able to pivot when new legislative guidance or modifications are made to existing P2 legislation in helping to determine the impact to PEP. Experience with reading/analyzing tax legislation.
- Strong Excel skills, an appetite for automation and process building. This role will focus heavily on automating the transformation of large amounts of data and building controls to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- 3+ years in international tax, tax provision, or global compliance.
- Prior experience in multinational enterprise or Big Four advisory firm preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx preferred.
