Description
Greets and directs all patients and visitors as necessary, during regular business hours. Operates the Telephone System/Switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Check In & Check out front office clerical duties.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent GED and two years related experience and/or training. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.
Customer Service experience in hospital/outpatient settings and CPSI experience preferred for certain locations.
