This position is in Irvine, California and has the opportunity for hybrid work with a few days in office per week.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of key initiatives within the Xvantage Integrations platform. This role focuses on building scalable and innovative solutions including public and internal APIs, the Integrations Hub, and Apps that power seamless connectivity. You will also drive the development of a robust developer ecosystem, enabling external partners to build integration solutions.

This role will require strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for simplifying complex systems.

The position:

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for Xvantage Integrations, aligning with business goals and customer needs, focusing on customer and vendor integration products.
  • Lead product discovery in partnership with UX and regional product teams, engaging vendors and associates to validate value and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate across teams including solution architecture, engineering, and product experience to manage cross-platform dependencies.
  • Prioritize initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders, balancing:
  • Customer impact – ensuring features solve real pain points and improve usability.
  • Strategic alignment – supporting broader company goals such as platform unification, automation, or market expansion.
  • Financial outcomes – evaluating ROI, cost-to-build, and revenue potential to maximize business value.
  • Use frameworks such as RICEWeighted Scoring, or Opportunity Solution Trees to guide prioritization and communicate trade-offs transparently.
  • Drive agile execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features through sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Lead product discovery for public and internal APIs, Integrations Hub, and Apps, engaging stakeholders to validate value and reduce risk.
  • Drive development of the developer ecosystem, enabling external developers to build integration solutions for vendors and customers.
  • Support internal integration use cases, including MCP server usage and innovative applications of agentic solutions and MCP-based vendor connections.
  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Leverage data and analytics to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and implement growth tactics that drive adoption and engagement.

What you bring to the role: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management building customer experiences for a B2B or B2C platform.
  • Experience in integration technologies such as APIs, MCP.
  • Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe analytics and experimentation platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,500.00 - $182,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
