About this role
Nulo is seeking a driven and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our websites and email channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, this individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our domestic and international .com experiences to increase organic traffic, increase email subscriber count, and enhance localized user engagement. This role will collaborate extensively with third-party agencies and cross-functional partners across Brand, Creative, Operations, Product, Retail, and Sales to consistently deliver a meaningful digital experience that supports business growth objectives.
What you’ll do
Website Marketing:
Manage domestic and international website domains, including content ideation, briefing, and publishing, localized content translations, and third-party integrated software
Work closely with internal partners to ensure content is accurately hosted and uploaded from Salsify, in alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards
Lead third-party agency relationship, focusing on UI, UX, CRO, SEO, and AEO enhancements to improve organic search rankings and increase brand visibility
Collaborate to produce digital content that supports the customer journey and drives brand-consistent consumer messaging across multiple touchpoints
Email Marketing:
Manage the development and execution of bi-weekly email sends and automated flows, including content ideation, briefing, and sends, based on segmented behaviors and preferences
Own and update the email marketing calendar and collaborate cross-functionally to produce inspiring copy and messaging in support of tentpole moments
Oversee existing audience lists and sign-up forms with a keen eye for identifying unique ways to increase overall list growth and minimize list churn
Ensure global compliance with email deliverability best practices, anti-spam regulations, reputation management, legal requirements, and data privacy policies
Analysis and Reporting:
Track and report on KPIs for website and email, using data to adjust strategies and improve the effectiveness of our owned channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in website and email marketing, applying best practices for continuous improvement to existing strategies and tactics
Who you are (preferred requirements):
You’re a passionate and collaborative do-er with proven experience managing, optimizing, and growing website traffic and email programming for CPG brands with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing at a fast-growth CPG or similar
Excellent proficiency and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
Experience with HTML/CSS responsive email design and email customization
Strong background in SEO/AEO and emerging search trends powered by AI
High proficiency with tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
Excellent time management and organizational skills, and comfortable juggling projects
Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate insights into action
Previous hands-on experience with Salsify is a major plus
