Primary Function
The position requires that the person has a solid knowledge of BA Deliverables and is proficient in multiple methodologies. This position will certify that deliverables have met all business and quality requirements. This position requires the candidate to possess analytical skills to analyze and decompose complex requirements into comprehensive test cases.
Principal Duties
- Work directly with the business users and financial analysts
- Interview customers to analyze, clarify and document, business processes and customer requirements.
- Define and assist in resolving business/technical related challenges.
- Facilitate meetings with business and technical team members to drive towards project completion.
- Plan and execute the management and maintenance of projects.
- Support projects as they move from initiation to implementation and conduct project reviews with impacted staff.
- Develop user acceptance test cases based on the requirements defined.
- Prepare instructional documentation and update user documentation to reflect new modification.
- Assist in establishing project scope.
- Define and maintain business analyst role-based policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Other duties as directed Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in a MIS consumer or business analysis role
- 3-5 years project coordinator experience preferred.
