What our Senior Internal Auditors Deliver.

  • Are key drivers in leading operational, financial, IT, compliance and strategic control assessments to support Enterprise Finance, IT and operational leadership.  Senior Internal Auditors are involved throughout the audit process from initial planning to delivery of recommendations to executive leadership.  

  • Utilize appropriate financial, operational and technical skills and knowledge when performing audits to ensure competent execution, conclusions, and recommendations to management.

  • Use their analytical and technical skills and knowledge to find efficiencies in business process and the execution of our audits, including partnering with our external financial statement audit team.

  • Execute audit assignments in accordance with established project plans and audit programs, ensuring consistent quality in communication, execution and timely delivery of objectives.

  • Keep Manager informed of audit project statuses and challenges as they arise.

  • Provide daily supervision and leadership in the development of junior audit staff.

  • Actively support the vision and objectives of the Internal Audit function.

What it Takes.

  • We love people with at least three years of audit experience who want to hit the ground running!

  • We are looking for an effective team player that is comfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment.  Must be an active problem-solver and possess strong attention to detail.

  • We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's and/or master’s degree in accounting. CPA preferred or willingness to obtain CPA, CIA or other professional certification is desired.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and AuditBoard audit software is a big plus!

  • We need curious minds that understand audit concepts.

  • We are looking for an overall team player that can adapt to a variety of project work.

  • Strong collaboration, verbal and written communication skills are essential!
