Project Support Specialist en Uni Systems

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutes
• Set up and maintain project files
• Collect actuals data and forecasts
• Update plans
• Administer or assist the quality review process
• Administer or assist Project Board meetings
• Assist with the compilation of reports
• Contribute expertise in specialist tools and techniques
• Maintain the following records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, any other registers/logs delegated by the Project Manager
• Administer the configuration management procedure

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Have at least a Master's degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, out of which at least 1 year in IT project support.
• Hold PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or equivalent) and solid knowledge of project management standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proven experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment, applying PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and reporting methods to support effective project delivery.
• Strong understanding of risk, issue, quality, and action management processes.
• Experienced in using MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong desktop application skills.
• Skilled in documenting meetings, including taking accurate minutes and tracking actions at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects and project managers simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience in configuration management, acting as configuration librarian and maintaining relevant systems.
• Proficient in developing templates and standard documentation to support project governance.
• Familiarity with the full end-to-end IT project lifecycle, contributing effectively at all stages.
• Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
