Schedule: This is a full time position that works Monday-Friday with scheduled hours being approximately 8:45am-3:15pm.

About our community

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.

The Program Assistant will provide personal care for participants and assist with daily activities and meals. This position is responsible for motivating and monitoring client participation in daily activities as well as observing and acknowledging any symptoms or changes to client behavior. Other duties include completing all required documentation, set-up and serving of lunch and snacks, and assisting other staff members with implementing services and activites for the Adult Day participants.

• 1 year+ hands on experience working with a population with various diagnoses including dementia, preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CPR, First Aid, & Airway Obstruction training or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
